Shadow work

Absolutely loving the shadow work course. I’d been thinking about diving into some shadow work for. Few days and then BOOM - I saw Jill’s class advertised and knew I had to be in it! The daily work is just enough to be thoughtful but not so much that it’s daunting. Great work designed the course work Jill. Love love love it! Can’t wait to do more in the future!!

Understanding shadows

This has been an extremely illuminating practice for me. I have been learning a lot about myself, my shadows, my triggers and finding better ways to work with my shadows. I feel like I am making progress in integrating my shadows but that I still have a long way to go. I feel more aware of what my triggers are, why I fear certain things and how I can modulate my responses to the triggers. I feel like am gaining better understanding, awareness and control of the shadow side of my life.
