While these behaviors may not seem consequential in the moment, over time, they make a large impact on how you feel, who you are, and the life you create. By focusing on the details, your bigger picture can begin to form.
This course takes you on a journey of creating inspiring daily habits through these steps:
Deciding who you want to be and what actions will support this identity
Carefully choosing positive energy habits and committing to them
Building awareness around negative energy habits and understanding their origin
Breaking the patterns of negative habits and creating a blueprint of inspired habits for the new year.
This course begins January 12th, the day after the Capricorn New Moon, and covers the entire Capricorn Lunar Cycle from January 12th- Febraury 8th. Please sign up for this course before January 12th.
