Are you ready to cultivate inner peace and present awareness throughout your life? This 28-day course is designed to help you fully integrate daily mindfulness-based practices so you can embrace the unpredictable nature of life and navigate any situation with ease, trust, and self-compassion.

This course takes you on a journey of mindfulness through these steps:

Cultivating present-moment awareness with a Non-Judgemental mind

Exploring different mindfulness-based practices that lower stress and help you feel at ease with your thoughts and feelings.

Creating inner resilience through becoming the observer of your mind and body.

Cultivating empathy and emotional intelligence through mindful communication and active listening

Integrating mindfulness throughout your life beyond this course

This course begins March 11th, the day after the Pisces New Moon and covers the entire Pisces Lunar Cycle from March 11th- April 7th. Yes, this course will take you into the Astrological New Year and help set the tone for a peaceful, centered, and calm year. Please sign up for this course before March 11th.
